What documentation is necessary to rent a unit?
You will need a valid government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID to rent a unit. All renters must be over the age of 18 to secure a unit rental.
Are there any restrictions on items I can store?
Items not allowed for storage include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Additionally, remember that you cannot stay in your unit overnight. We'd love for you to store your bed set, but your unit can't become a new bedroom.
